Once you’re done with your lessons – both your behind the wheel and your classroom lessons – it will take us 3 business days from the date of your last lesson to process your certificate. We will give you a call as soon as it’s ready, and then you’ll be able to pick it up or we can mail it to you. Please note that we recommend that you have your certificate in hand before you schedule your road test with the BMV!

Once you are paid in full, have taken at least two of your classroom lessons, and have your temporary license, your name will automatically be put on our behind the wheel scheduling list. Exactly how soon we’ll be able to get you in will depend on location and season, so feel free to call our customer service line at (513)931-2000 for more details.

For in classroom lessons, all you need to do is call us and let us know you’re canceling.

If you are canceling a behind the wheel lesson, you need to cancel a full three business days before the day of the lesson. Business days are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If we do not receive at least three full business days notice, a $49.90 cancellation fee will be applied to the students account.
